Bauhaus Made Edition
Each edition is dedicated to a small group of artists or designers that are invited to
created textile products in their own aesthetics without restrictions.
Bauhaus Made Edition — n°2
with Teuber Kohlhoff, Weimar/Berlin
For the second Edition of Bauhaus Made the design studio Teuber Kohlhoff (Anna Teuber & Franziska Kohlhoff) created an extensive pattern which was applied on Anne Gorkes garments in different scales. The digital prints multiply and explore the coexistence of a loud colour range within the dynamic shapes. Being fascinated by the technical aspects of production, Teuber Kohlhoff has collected side notes of the single fabrication steps and merged them into an additional piece acting as the editions’ fact sheet itself.
Bauhaus Made Edition — n°1
Artist Ulrike Theusner, photographer Ina Niehoff and graphic designers
Christian Rothe and Markus Postrach have all been working with Anne Gorke before.
So this first round of participants was not hard to find. Each received three sweaters in their single pieces.
The results were three times three very different sweaters.
